Cae is a queer artist who grew up in a conservative, Mormon town in Idaho. Growing up without knowing any other queer people, they found it difficult to step into their authentic self. Now that they are a proud part of the LGBTQ+ community, they create art about the queer experience with representations of diverse genders and bodies. They have always been able to find the magic in nature and the world around them and they fill their art with this sense of whimsical mysticism.
